What does lifetime access actually include?
Every feature shipping in Espresso IQ at launch (shot log, bean profiles, dial-in recipes, shot coach), and every feature we ship after. No internal paywalls. No premium tier above founding-supporter.
When does the app go live, and how do I get in?
The day your purchase clears, your access code reserves your seat. Beta access opens to founding supporters on both iOS and Android once the app is ready for real-world testing, and public launch on both stores follows once the cohort has run it through enough real shots to call it stable.
What happens when the 500 seats are claimed?
The founding-supporter offer closes. After that, new users join Espresso IQ at the post-launch subscription: $3.99 a month or $29.99 a year. Founding supporters keep the original terms. What you bought is what you keep, for as long as the app exists.
What is the refund policy?
Fourteen days, full refund, no narrative required, as long as you have not redeemed your access code in the beta: TestFlight on iOS, Google Play testing on Android. Once the code is redeemed and the app is unlocked, refunds become case-by-case. Email and a real person responds.
